PINSTRIPES GENERAL HEALTH AND SANITATION PROCEDURES

Since our founding in 2007, Pinstripes has been committed to creating extraordinary and magical connections among guests in a safe environment. Throughout the last four months, Pinstripes has reimagined its business by taking extra steps to ensure everyone’s safety, including social distancing with reduced dining and gaming capacity, enhanced cleaning protocols, expansion of patio spaces and more.

The safety of our team members and guests has been our primary concern as we strategized how to best reopen. We have always been a safe and comfortable haven for our guests, and in today’s uncertain times, this is more important than ever. We have taken considerable time to modify our operating guidelines and have enhanced our menu offerings, both on and off-site. Our teams are excited to return stronger than ever and welcome back our guests among the local communities.

Safety Protocols

Pinstripes has developed a comprehensive strategic reopening plan with an enhanced sanitation program for team members and guests. Given Pinstripes larger venue size of approximately 30,000 square feet of interior space, coupled with a significant amount of outdoor patio space across locations, the company is uniquely able to maintain a safe environment for guests. While venue guidelines vary by location, Pinstripes is implementing best practices outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and operating in full compliance with regulations set by local authorities.

Team Member & Guest Health

The health and safety of our team members and guests is our number one priority. The following are the general measures Pinstripes commits to putting in place:

  1. Physical Distancing
    • Team Members and Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them while moving around the venue.
    • Tables for seating will be rearranged to ensure appropriate distancing
    • Each venue will comply with, or exceed, local or state-mandated occupancy limits
  2. Hand Sanitizers
    • Hand sanitizer dispensers the availability will be placed at key guest and team member contact areas throughout the venue.
  3. Cleaning Products
    • All Pinstripes cleaning products meet EPA guidelines and are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
  4. Venue Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Each Pinstripes location will be thoroughly detail-cleaned and sanitized.
    • The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces.
  5. Guest Signage
    • Reminder signage will be placed strategically around the venue
  6. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    • Team members will wear face coverings
    • Guests are required to wear face coverings to enter and move about common areas of the venue.
  7. Guest Health Concerns
    • Guests who are exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19 are asked not to enter the building.
  8. Team Member Operating Guidelines
    • All Team Members and guests entering the venue will be scanned for their temperature and screened to ensure they show no signs of illness to work their shift.

Overall Operation Procedures

Pinstripes Offerings

  1. Open Play / Gaming Reservations
    • Bistro, bowling, and bocce reservations can be made online
    • Reservations will be spaced out appropriately to ensure physical distancing between parties
    • Reservation party sizes may vary per location based on government allowance
  2. Off-premise Dining
    • Third-Party Delivery
      • Guests may order the delivery of our bistro menu through DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats. Orders may be placed through our website or third party order sites
      • Guests may order online or call the venue to place their order
    • Curbside Pickup
      • Guests may order all Pinstripes menu items for curbside pickup off the bistro menu through the website
      • Guests may order online or call the venue to place their order
      • Guests will pick up their order curbside in designated and clearly marked areas outside of the venue
  3. Private Events
    • Pinstripes will host private events throughout the venue adhering to the maximum number of guests allowed per square footage that is outlined by local and state government guidelines
    • Event furniture and setup will be spaced out appropriately to ensure physical distancing
  4. Catering
    • Guests may order off-site catering online or call the Sales Team to place their order
    • Guests may pick up their order curbside of opt for delivery from a Pinstripes Team Member

Reservation Guidelines

  • Each location will control table reservation times to allow for proper cleaning between guest seating
  • Bowling and Bocce – Specific lanes/courts will be properly distanced and reservation times will allow for proper cleaning between game play.

Food & Beverage Safety Guidelines

The following food and beverage handling procedures will be implemented in all areas of the venue:

  1. All menus will be single-use and disposable
  2. Non-Single Use Items: bill presenters and food serving items will be sanitized after each use
  3. Payments: Pinstripes will enable advance contactless payment for Curbside Pickup and delivery, Private Events and Catering Orders
  4. Cleaning & Sanitizing Procedures
    • Service stations, beverage stations, counters, handrails and trays will be sanitized at least once per hour
    • Dining tables, chairs, floors, will be sanitized after each use and marked as sanitized prior to any area being sat with guests

Front Entrance Area

  1. Appropriate signage is prominently displayed outlining proper mask usage and current physical distancing practices in use throughout the venue
  2. Physical Distancing Procedures
    • The front desk and any area where guests may be in line will be clearly marked for appropriate physical distancing with provided floor markings
    • Clear spacers will be placed in front of host stands to provide distance between team members and guests
  3. Gaming hosts
    • A specific host will be assigned to check in bowling and bocce reservations

Bistro and Game Area Seating

  1. Bistro and bar areas will allow for a minimum of six feet between each seated party of guests
  2. Reservations can be made via phone or online through our website
  3. Guest waiting areas will be made available within the venue to minimize congregation in the waiting areas
  4. Once the guest has checked in for their reservation, if there is a wait to be sat, the guest will be directed to a designated waiting area in the venue to minimize congregation in the waiting areas

Gaming Practices

  1. Bowling
    • Pinstripes will provide gloves for guests to select their bowling balls
    • Pinstripes will offer “concierge service” to guests
    • Used bowling balls will be sanitized after each guest use and marked to visually indicate that the ball has been cleaned for use by the next guest
    • When the guest is finished bowling, they will leave their balls on the lanes for the game concierge to retrieve and sanitize
  2. Bocce
    • Guests arriving for a bocce reservation will check-in at the front desk
    • The Pinstripes Host will provide each reservation with a pre-sanitized bocce ball set
    • Bocce ball sets are fully sanitized and returned to the front desk for use by the next guest

Event & Meeting Spaces

  1. Pre-Event Planning
    • The event host will work directly with the Sales Manager to ensure that all details are finalized prior to the date of the event
  2. Seating Capacities
    • Seating capacities and floor plans will be reviewed with the client host on an event by event basis to ensure appropriate physical distancing that follows local and state guidelines
  3. ‘Virtual’ Event Opportunity
    • There may be guests who want to host their event at Pinstripes with minimal in-person guests but can video call others to the ‘party’. Pinstripes will provide this opportunity in specific areas of the venue
  4. Cleaning & Sanitizing Procedures
    • All event space doors, tables, chairs, light switches, and other equipment will be sanitized after each group use
    • All shared equipment and meeting amenities to be sanitized before and after each use

Off-Site Catering

  • A Pinstripes Team Member will deliver catering orders to the guest (Pinstripes will not use any third party delivery services for delivery of catering orders)
  • Pinstripes delivery vans will be sanitized after each use

Restrooms

  • All areas in the restroom will be cleaned and sanitized every 15 minutes
  • Deep cleaning will occur every evening

Kitchen Areas

  • Food preparation stations are sanitized at least once per hour
  • Kitchens to be deep cleaned and sanitized at least once per day
