Pinstripes Summer Pass FAQs

The Pinstripes Summer Pass gives you access to 2 hours of bowling all summer long, plus shoes included. Each pass can be used once per day at any single Pinstripes location for just $30.

Each Summer Pass is valid for one guest only. If you’d like to purchase tickets for additional family members or friends, please complete separate purchases for each person.

Yes. You can purchase a ticket as a gift by entering your recipient’s name and email address.

All Summer Passes are digital only. No physical pass will be issued.

After purchase, you’ll receive a digital Summer Pass with a 9-digit code sent to the email used at checkout.

When you arrive at Pinstripes, simply show your code to a front desk team member and they’ll take care of the rest.

Reservations are not required, but they are strongly recommended to ensure your preferred time is available.

No. Summer Passes are non-transferable and valid for the purchaser or assigned recipient only.

If you purchased a Summer Pass and haven’t received it, or your gift recipient hasn’t received theirs, please contact us at Marketing@Pinstripes.com

with the email used at purchase, and our team will assist you right away.

Blackout dates may apply. Please check your local Pinstripes location page prior to visiting. Reservations are strongly recommended but not required and subject to availability. Each Summer Pass is valid for one guest only, is non-transferable, and may be used once per day at a single Pinstripes location. All passes are digital only and delivered via email with a 9-digit code. Pinstripes is not responsible for delayed or undelivered emails due to incorrect entry or spam filtering; please contact Marketing@Pinstripes.com for assistance. Passes are non-refundable after first use or after May 29, 2026, whichever comes first. Lost or stolen passes may not be replaced without proof of purchase. Offer has no cash value, is not valid with other promotions or discounts, and Pinstripes reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
