
Our Spring Menu Has Arrived
A new season means a new menu at Pinstripes! Our chef team has been hard at work creating incredible new dishes for our guests to enjoy on our Spring menu. New to the menu and soon to be new favorites of yours are dishes like our Peppercorn-Crusted Ribeye, Risotto Primavera, Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower, Burrata Caprese and more. Don’t miss our new Housemade Gelato flavor, Butterfinger! And don’t worry, all of your old favorites like the Maple Glazed Salmon, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Margherita Pizza and World’s Most Delectable Chicken Wings haven’t gone anywhere. Peppercorn-Crusted Ribeye
10oz. hand-cut, peppercorn-crusted ribeye served with roasted asparagus, cheesy polenta, vine-ripe tomatoes and bordelaise sauce

Risotto Primavera
Creamy risotto paired with roasted asparagus, brussels sprouts, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, cauliflower, corn and lemon.

Burrata Caprese
Fresh heirloom tomatoes served on top of a kale and pistachio pesto with a balsamic glaze. Topped with burrata cheese, basil and roasted pistachios

Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower
Roasted cauliflower that is fried until crispy and then tossed in our housemade calabrese wings sauce

Meatballs & Polenta
Three all beef, hand-rolled meatballs served on a bed of three-cheese polenta and bolognese sauce. Topped with shaved parmesan, truffle oil and cracked black pepper
