Pinstripes Front of House Managers are the dynamic team that make our venues tick. Front of House Managers run our bistro, bowling & bocce, and execute over a thousand events per location every year. Pinstripes offers extensive training and development programs to grow individuals into successful leaders and restaurant operators. Management trainees participate in a structured training program to learn all aspects of our brand, including operation and service, food & beverage, and financials.
Pinstripes Event Sales Managers don’t just sell our food, beverages, and space private, they work with each guest to plan out menu details, provide vendor recommendations, and go the extra mile to ensure every guest receives a unique and simply memorable experience. Event Sales Managers develop strong customer relationships through frequent, professional communication, both inside the venue and in the community.
The Outside Catering teams brings our scratch kitchen outside the venue! Catering Sales Managers are highly motivated individuals who drive offsite catering and delivery sales efforts through cold calling, networking, participating in community events, and developing strong customer relationships. Catering Sales Mangers educate, generate leads, and are the face of Pinstripes in the community.
Pinstripes Culinary Management teams take pride in setting a culinary standard that starts with scratch cooking. Our kitchens maintain a high level of volume, attention to detail, and culinary excellence. Chefs maintain the business of cost control, safety and sanitation, menu management, nutrition, and kitchen management. Our Culinary team is dedicated to always delivering the best dishes possible, whether served for a party of 2 or an event of 600 guests.
